The examination consists of Stage-I (Preliminary - Objective Type) and Stage-II (Main - Descriptive Type), followed by a Personality Test/Interview. Stage-I includes General Studies and stream-specific papers in Geology/Hydrogeology, Geophysics, or Chemistry.
