What is the minimum educational qualification required to apply?
Candidates must possess a graduation degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government on or before 21.07.2026.
What is the age limit for general category candidates?
The minimum age is 20 years and the maximum age is 30 years as of 01.07.2026. This means candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1996 and not later than 01.07.2006 (both dates inclusive).
Is there any negative marking in the exam?
Yes, there is a penalty for wrong answers. For every incorrect answer marked in both the Objective Preliminary and Main examinations, 1/4th or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted.
