2. Fill out the application form completely and paste a self-attested passport-size photograph.

3. Pay the application fee of ā¹300 in Cash at the GIPMER Accounts branch or via Demand Draft.

4. Submit the completed application form along with self-attested photocopies of certificates at D-Block, 5th Floor, Academic Cell, GIPMER on or before 21.09.2026 (up to 4:00 PM).

5. Attend the walk-in interview on 23.09.2026 at 12:00 Noon in the Anaesthesia Department, GIPMER, carrying all original documents.
